I helped my client lease a condominium in the heart of Aspen Colorado complete with RARE underground parking and views of the original 1A lift from the 1940’s. When I viewed the property, I had a vision for the space and asked her to lease it as it fit her parameters.   I sourced textiles from Italy to make custom furnishings, to include a deep sofa that could accommodate overnight guests, a custom bed with pull out drawers for much needed additional storage, pillows and cushions to place over the interesting carpeted seated bench in her primary suite. I created a screen out of chains to soften the effect of the bathtub area that opens into the bedroom.
